ph45 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph45 platform (available at ph45.app and through the ph45 mobile application), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the ph45 platform. ph45 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ph45 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph45, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing any wager;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph45, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph45 or PAGCOR;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

ph45 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access ph45's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to all ph45 accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one ph45 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph45 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph45 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC verification. ph45 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by PAGCOR regulations. You must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, or other PAGCOR-accepted government-issued identification.
• Account suspension. ph45 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph45 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the ph45 cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.
• ph45 does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph45 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• ph45 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to banking hours.
• ph45 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
• Funds deposited into your ph45 account are held in a segregated player funds account in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph45 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered ph45 players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• ph45 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• ph45 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and are not available to players who have activated deposit limits or self-exclusion tools, unless ph45 determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the ph45 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general betting terms apply across all ph45 games and sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ph45 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where expressly permitted under specific game or sports rules.
• ph45 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip and may be adjusted by ph45 at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result as determined by ph45's official data provider or the relevant governing body shall be final.
• ph45 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards.
• Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, ph45 will resolve the round based on available game logs. The decision of ph45's gaming operations team is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph45 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one ph45 account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ph45 platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity through the ph45 platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with ph45's software, systems, or security measures;
• Using the ph45 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or intermediary for third-party bettors;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ph45 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph45 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of ph45 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph45 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph45 content without prior written consent;
• Use ph45 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on ph45 content;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the ph45 platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ph45 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

ph45 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph45 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph45 is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes;
• ph45 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum period as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable tax laws;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph45 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all ph45 accounts:

• Age restriction. ph45 strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.
• Deposit limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ph45 account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders. ph45 provides optional session time reminders to help players monitor the time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off periods. Players may request a temporary suspension of their ph45 account for a period of their choosing. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no wagers can be placed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph45, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph45 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ph45's reasonable control;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party data feed failures;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ph45's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph45 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph45's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

ph45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account closure.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your ph45 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph45, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph45 customer support. ph45 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph45 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph45 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
